Service Areas & Restrictions

Currently, we ship exclusively to physical addresses located within the continental United States. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military bases, or international destinations at this time.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item). In cases of seller error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

3. How to Process a Claim

Follow these simple steps to start a return or exchange:
