Processing & Dispatch Windows
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). Once your package leaves our fulfillment gates, a tracked shipping confirmation is instantly issued via email.
Service Areas & Restrictions
Currently, we ship exclusively to physical addresses located within the continental United States. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military bases, or international destinations at this time.

To ensure complete peace of mind, we charge absolutely zero restocking fees on all returned items.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item). In cases of seller error, we will provide a prepaid return label.
3. How to Process a Claim
Follow these simple steps to start a return or exchange:
